Welcome to my rookie season of the Beer Baseball Blog. This all came together as a way to enhance my devotion to my two passions: craft beer and baseball. As I assessed it more, I realized I have a ton of past baseball stories and experiences to share. Add in the uprising of the popularity of craft beers and it made even more sense.

In some ways, I will be celebrating. Here are some examples:

  • Watching baseball in the Tokyo Dome and going to the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame
  • My one-day turn-around trips from Los Angeles to Wrigley Field and Fenway Park
  • My many experiences at Dodger Stadium
  • Hitting a home run in Osaka Japan
  • Attending the last games of Busch Stadium II
  • My east coast ballpark swing
  • My trip to the Astrodome
  • Documenting all the Hall of Famers I have seen play
  • Drinking craft beer at breweries and ballparks around the United States
  • Batting off of Curt Schilling

In other ways I will be not:

  • A character-building ‘pep-talk’ by high school baseball coach
  • Missing out on attending what would have been my first MLB game ever at age 10 in St. Louis
  • Striking out to end the game in slowpitch playoff softball game
  • Injuries, Injuries, Injuries
  • Batting off of Curt Schilling

Thank you for taking the time to read and I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy sharing. The goal is to post something every Friday. Please SUBSCRIBE to get updates and exclusive content. And please support by following my social media listed below.
